Arts & Minds, Inc. / Technology Integration Consultant

JANUARY 2019 – PRESENT

Over the course of three years, I’ve built infrastructure to support the growth of this small nonprofit organization. After extensive research into available software options, I helped graduate the organization from scraps of paper and notebooks with no naming conventions to a fully implemented Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack, a customer relation management system with clean data, content lists, and donation records.

By establishing GiveLively.org text-to-give and social media outreach, donations have increased significantly over two years. I implemented Google Workspace, utilizing Docs, Spreadsheets, and Slides, as well as Google Drive and Shared Drives. Integrating these two systems now provides access to accurate record keeping throughout the year.
